Invoked when the run fails, before the error is re-raised. Also invoked when afterRun fails after an early stop; that failure is re-raised only if it is an Error. Notification-only: what this callback does never changes whether the error propagates.

The context for the entire invocation.

error

The run's error, or the afterRun failure.
